It is commonly known that to be a well rounded individual, that it is important to develop the mind, body, and spirit. When one is out of balance, the balance of the individual is, well, unbalanced.
From our inception in 1984, we have focused on building minds by encouraging and rewarding educational and academic success. We have helped our students build a strong spirit of integrity and perseverance by teaching and following the tenets of Tae Kwon Do. And, thousands of students have benefitted from the physical exercise of our martial arts, with the benefits of weight loss, inproved flexibility, and increased strength and edurance.
We are so excited to announce that now along with exercise and physical training, we are able to share our nutritional plan with our students as well. Students who wish to maximize their training and lifestyle goals are encouraged to follow a custom nutritional supplementation regimen.
